Oana is one of the most talented, passionate and driven developers I’ve had the chance to work with. She’s an experienced .NET developer, but also highly skilled with the Angular framework. She managed to prove and grow her expertise by implementing different features from both angles (front-end and back-end), enhancing the product’s performance and administrating the product’s database. Oana is not only a talented technical professional, but has also proven her customer focused mindset by building a strong bond with the project stakeholders. She suggested several usability improvements that were added to the Product Backlog and eventually implemented. We’ve even worked together on coming up with a proposal based on an industry market research for the product we were developing.
