Nick was a coach at this year's PFA Athens Debate Summer Camp, running workshops and judging debates for students aged 12-17 in the World Schools format. Throughout the camp, Nick worked with students of different experience levels (from beginners to advanced). He was a very engaged and active coach, providing valuable feedback to the students, and making important contributions to the Camp overall. He was very punctual and professional throughout.
Mohammad Shana'a
Nick was initially recruited to the MENA Forum as a talks team member, where he successfully invited the keynote speaker of our forum. As a result of his professionalism, diligence, and high standard of work, I asked Nick to help the marketing team with their work. Within that, Nick demonstrated that he is also a quick learner as he learnt about video editing, and applied that in creating a promotional video, which people found to be impressive and captivating. Overall, I found Nick to be a reliable and indispensable team member who is a pleasure to work with.

I was responsible for the development, deployment, and evolution of Store DNA in Europe, PepsiCo's customer (retailer/outlet) big data platform that powers the company’s next-gen machine learning use-cases. This involved working with data engineers, data scientists, analytics translators, internal customers, IT, and my global counterparts to drive the successful deployment of the product across 10+ markets in Europe. Thanks to Store DNA, we were able to identify and unlock tens of millions of euros worth of high-potential, realisable opportunities, including salesforce prioritisation, assortment optimisation, and in-store marketing activation.Alongside my duties as PM for Store DNA, I was also responsible for:- The Power BI dashboards that sat on top of the Store DNA data platform- Engaging with external data vendors (researching options, writing briefs, negotiating offers, evaluating through pilots)
