  As a Mental Health Technician, it is my priority to ensure safety and provide 1:1 adequate care for patients on a day to day basis. Being that children ranging from ages 9-21 come from all over the world and traumatic family history where they experience neglect, abuse, starvation and many other things, as a mental health technician, I provide enough information and assistance to help with hygiene, strengthening positive behavior and thoughts, school work, positive interaction with staff and peers, and many other things to improve their well being.   As an aircrew survival equipmentmen, it was my responsibility to inspect and maintain aircrew gear. Repairing flight gear and protective clothing was included in inspections that were held daily, every 3 months, every 6 months, or as needed. The ultimate goal of this job is that in the event of a flight emergency the aviator has all essential items to help survive in case ejection becomes the only option. As an aircrew survival equipmentmen, it was my responsibility to inspect and maintain aircrew gear.
