  I was employed by Brown to help with the classes of 2020 and 2022 commencement ceremonies. I was given the responsibility to be the point person for information about the events for all guests at the ceremonies and was also required to help individuals find seating, parking, etc. This honed my skills in customer service and allowed me to get a better sense of how Brown, and other institutions, run large events like this one. At the start of the season, his win-loss record was an average of 2-4 or 3-3.
