  My role supports a variety of field research functions, including, but not limited to, the following:Identifying Qualified End-Users - Develop and maintain research participant recruitment strategy for a variety of projects. - Recruit research study participants through a variety of means, including placing flyers, sending emails, writing/posting ads, and direct communication on-site with individuals and institutions. - Schedule appropriate participants, based on test objectives, for a variety of studies.Equipment and Software Management - Maintain a suite of hardware and software for use in research, (e.g., computers, tablets, phones, etc.) ensuring smooth transitioning of content between devices and programs. - Support research sessions by identifying appropriate tools and set-up approach based on study objectives, executing identified hardware and software, and follow up video and artifact management.Support for and Execution of Research Studies - Support product discovery teams in choosing methodologies, execution, and generating insights. - Execution of various research studies both individually and as part of a team including identifying methods, protocol creation, interview/moderation, and analysis.
