I worked with Nycole as an undergrad in the Resident Assistant role. It was a great pleasure to work with her because she was a team player. I remember she always asked our team members if anyone needed help with planning programs, door decs, bulletin boards or setting up for floor events. Nycole was always supportive in the RA role and helping the team achieve our goals. She was very well organized and came up with creative ideas for floor and department programs. Not only did we work well together, but we accomplished our goal of building a fun, safe, and welcoming community within the residence hall that year.

I worked with Nycole for over six months in her career as a student worker and as the Lincoln Landing intern through the Gaylord Building. Nycole was very impressive to myself, the Graduate Assistant, and the Director of the History Center. She has a fantastic work ethic and a passion for history. She took all of her roles very seriously and stood up for the integrity of her projects. Nycole was also very consistent and reliable. She was always ready to work and offer valuable insight, while timely completing her tasks. She had great vision and knew her roles very well, while not overstepping, but still pushing the projects further than was expected. She provided consistent great work and thoughts that became integral to the roles Nycole had. Her positions in the History Center had a large scope with the role of the Lincoln Landing Intern being a brand new position that needed a strong individual to help shape what the role was capable of. Nycole truly was essential to the History Center in my time as the Graduate Assistant. After my time ended, Nycole went on to take on the role of Graduate Assistant for the History Center and continued her career even further. I was very glad to have Nycole with our team and was even more glad to see her advance and bring the History Center to higher places.
