I worked with Alieu indirectly at Dayton Children's Hospital and he served as my mentor for my Master's program capstone project. I cannot speak enough positive things about Alieu. Alieu has never met a stranger and is wholeheartedly passionate about making a positive impact on diversity and inclusion in healthcare. He is constantly seeking ways to build community relationships, educate employees, and provide resources to those who need it in order to ensure health equity. Alieu is without a doubt an asset to any organization that is willing to invest in their community and seeking to find ways to support and engage diversity and inclusivity.
