As a sales associate of Taylor Shellfish in Seattle, WA customer service was my first priority. I was responsible for answering questions and/or concerns the customer had about the season of shellfish and the risks associated with eating raw fish. I would demonstrate knowledge of shellfish and the pairings of wine, crab, lobster and other shellfish. I also worked as a waitress; shucking oysters, cracking crab, preparing steamed clams and mussels within the kitchen area of the facility.
