- To work putting the safety as the priority - To conduct training about oil sample- To control all stages of transportation of collected oil sample from the site to the laboratory in UB daily (to visit the warehouse and check if the label of the oil sample container filled in correctly by the mechanicals everyday)- To inform procurement team the oil and lubricants which are necessary for equipment of unit and departments and link them- To analyze the oil sample results which are from the UB laboratory, to inform authorities on the machine and equipment lubrication which are considered to be taken measurements and have taken the measurements- To be connected with the all authorities of whole range of the site and collect waste oil, keep them accordance with the standard, to get all the approvals to transport to contractor in UB, which process the waste oil via tank truck and personally monitor the process of loading the waste oil into the tank truck- To take part in calculation of oil consumption of whole site and forecasting oil consumption of the following year- Undertake regular internal HCM System reviews- Facilitate various types of HCM meetings by taking minutes, maintaining action lists and following up.- Maintain necessary records and documentation Show less
