Duties include daily balancing of accounts receivable, accounts controls for all cash, Journal entry and write off input to accounts receivable. Daily interface with various banks for transaction activity, online contact with bank representatives. Process incoming payments, edit lockbox reports, credit card chargeback management, and provide support to various Wiley subsidiaries. This individual will have extensive contact with internal and external customers. Must be able to work with a sense of urgency, and multi-task in order to meet departmental deadlines.
