Lorna Willis
An extraordinary talent, who continues to prove really good guys win. It has been an absolute privilege to work with you him the years. His kindness, curiosity, creativity and of course HUGE intelligence merge together to make Nick 1 in a million. The contribution he has made in transforming Archant, building the business capability (and teaching me so much as well) can not be overstated. I truly hope that our professional paths continue to cross and I get the opportunity to work with him again.
Liana Acton
During the 2012 Olympic Games myself and core project team employed Nicholas to be part of the team that assisted in the set up and daily management of our global brand centre in London. From the very first day Nick demonstrated himself to be a clear leader within the group with his high level of initiative, technical skills and adaptability. He immediately took ownership of responsibilities and task, mentoring/training others at the same time as well as constantly coming up with ideas and improvements to make things more efficient and effective. The complete ownership he took over certain areas was critical to the team's success in the overall Olympic project. During the time Nick was employed by ASICS, he was required to interact and assist a wide variety of the ASICS family - from staff, to athletes, Olympic Delegations and Federations, to global working teams, press as well as other key important people from around the world. He approached and worked with all these people with a high level of professionalism and rapport; fitting in seamlessly with any team in which he was placed. I would find any opportunity I could to engage and work with Nick again on a project.
