  Responsibilities • Overall coordination of M&E activities with partners and stakeholders and • Design tools, databases, protocols, policy and data flow chart to enable collection and verification of inputs, outputs, and outcomes and assess the quality of data reported by partners • Manages data flow and coordinates activity data collection, review and reporting and dissemination • Conduct capacity assessment for partners and stakeholders using organization performance assessment tool, government performance index and organization performance index • Take lead in development of M&E annual workplan and budget and support in designing program workplan • Participates in review indicators and developing theory of change in performance management • Facilitate feedback and accountability mechanism through FGD, Town hall meeting, community score card, suggestion box and phone call • Organize learning events to increase knowledge and learning is applied in program implementation • Collect data, analyze and provide input to donor report, quarterly and annual report and portfolio reporting • Conduct DQA and field monitoring visit, participate in meetings and capacity building programs organized by the organization and donor • Conducts evidence base documentation for both electronically and printed copy • Report on indicator progress as well as activity implementation progress against strategic target using balanced score card • Lead in developing, reviewing, and updating its Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning plan, including establishing, reviewing, and updating performance metrics and targets, performance and context indicators, and the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan • Contributes effectively to field testing of new methods and tools • Develop primary or secondary data collection tools and protocols for all performance data • Participate in the design of social and behavioral communication strategy to track and analyses the result Show less
