Nuzhat was a VP during my time at Zalando and I directly reported into her. As my lead, she was a great mentor and role model for me, as she showed us how to level up a product in a short amount of time and how to work in a customer-centric way. She encouraged us to raise and initiate improvements also outside of our area if it improves our product. Nuzhat always went the extra mile and was always seeking for improvements even outside her responsibility areas.
