Aim was also to encourage better debt management and MOT for financial fitness. Engagement was up 19% in the first month, 34% in the 2nd month. • Working alongside the Rewards team to align the Wellbeing Strategy to the Benefits Strategy through a market analysis of providers to reduce cost inefficiencies. Reduced one provider’s claim to increase by 15% to only a 1.5% increase. Cost Saving of 13.5% • Worked with the Total Rewards team to look at the Nuffield Health Assessments, EAP usage, Medical health insurance, Reward Gateway, to collate and run an audit to show a value/return on investment.
