  During the training period (10 weeks), I have learned a lot of not only technical skills but also soft skills. I also managed to enhance my confidence level. Those experiences give me such a good lesson in order to face the real-life situation when I’m working. I have discovered a new side of me which I can easily adapt myself when working together with many levels of workers. For in a short time I had given opportunity to work with the operators, I had learned that communication skills are important in order to deliver the information to them so that they can understand and do the work well. Others I learn that each of the workers must take responsibility to any job assign to them. Each of us must be brave to make the decision what to do if any problem occurred.
