      1. Explain company’s HR policies to new staff. • Welcome new staff upon their arrival and give them an office tour. Introduce new staff to current staff. 3. Training & Development • Develop, plan and organize various learning training and staff development activities. • Develop learning programs to facilitate the regulatory requirements for certain category of staff. • Responsible in training programs sourcing and maintain staff training records. • Ensure related training is claimable under HRDF.
