   Major responsibility is to place the bench consultant’s. Have excellent knowledge understanding on complete life cycle of the Bench Sales / Bench Marketing. Capable to train the team / resources to effectively market the Bench Consultants get the placements in shortest time possible.  Leading a 4-member team.  Coordinating with them on daily basis to achieve the goals. Conduct preliminary analysis of the consultant to understand communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc. Identify suitable technical openings utilizing various sources vendor Database, employment web sites, referrals, own network, other recruiters, contractors, etc. Updating the Resume according to the Vendor/Client requirement. Experience using portals like Techfetch, Dice, Prohires, Monster, Indeed, Social Networking such as Google Groups, LinkedIn, etc.  Maintaining Huge Database working closely with the tier one vendors. Taking the feedback of the submission from the Vendors and informing the same to the Consultant. Establishing the contact by Database and using job portals like Dice and Monster. Co-ordinate with Team / Consultants from start to end of closing a placement.
