Responsibilities: 1. Human Resource & Administrative Function Prepare Invoice/TBE and ensure it is attached with the correct supporting documents before submitting to Finance & Account Dept. or any department that should receive. Monitor office consumable items i.e. printer toners, stationery, office souvenirs and Dwisolar memento.
