When it comes to recruiting and advertising, Nurshaffira has no problem getting plenty of tutors or committee members for the society. She is a responsible person and would diligently perform her tasks every month, while coping with her own studies. Unlike some of the committee members I managed, Nurshaffira never requires any prompting from me and independently perform her duties. She is not afraid to ask questions and always makes sure that she is doing the right thing. During the first 3 months of her role as the human resources manager, Nurshaffira has recruited 3 wonderful Japanese tutors, and a Russian tutor. She has delved into various resources and painstakingly contacted the students personally in order to get the most efficient response.
