I also take on the work of diagnosing and extending the shelf life of technological equipment and instruments, as well as admission to further operation.

  - Verification and review of documentation on rotating equipment of new projects of the plant "Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex Modernization Project" in accordance with international standards.- Familiarization and study of the FEED documentation for the project under construction.- Participation in the overhaul of the plant, responsibility for the performance of work.- Participation in the work on the marking of connection points between the existing plant and the new plant. -Viewing and commenting on the design documentation of the engineering contractor, i.e. MSD, P&ID, MR, TBE, PS and PO-Technical assistance and support related to the selection of pipelines and consumables for the Customer's specialists.-Review and comment on the project documentation on the following items:- Specifications (manual valves, control valves and PSV, pipeline fittings, bulk materials);- Applications for materials;- Technical evaluations of proposals to check whether all proposals have been evaluated and ranked fairly in accordance with international practice;- purchase specifications;- Key documents of the supplier;- P&ID;- Land plans;- 3D models (view 30%, 60%, 90%);- Technical requests;- Rejection request.- As per contract requirements and project specifications, reviewing AVL inclusion letters (approved supplier list) from different suppliers/manufacturers, respectively, issuing a technical assessment as a technical advisor, PMC recommendations and technical feedback for AVL inclusion letters sent by the Contractor .- Technical review/comment and provision of technical feedback on design/manufacturing/supplier inspection and testing, etc. Show less
