Working as part of the Iberian Peninsula team and in direct coordination and collaboration with the Central Logistics team. More specifically, I coordinated the purchasing and replenishment of +3000 SKUs among ten different factories spread worldwide and lead the local demand planning operative of those. During that experience, I also participated in a 7-days course in Italy (headquarters), where we had to detect the pain of the company and find a solution to it. On that occasion, the team I led found a solution and elaborated a company procedure that, in only two months, would have saved +100k€ and successfully presented it to the top management of the group. I also participated in a Desing Thinking course provided by external trainers. Our resulting product proposal was presented to the top management and trainers, who also requested our team to perform two sessions on our experience and final project to their students at the EAE Business School of Barcelona.
