  Lead the materials planning team to assure proper MRP process to support production plan by delivering raw and pack materials on time and in quantity. Anticipate materials shortage and activate alternative plans to mitigate risks as well as give visibility to plan through Daily Direction Settings meeting. Align priorities with Quality team to guarantee materials release on time. Close collaboration with suppliers in order to assure an optimal planning process in terms of parameters for both sides. Share inputs to Business Planning to perform a robust monthly S&OP process in terms of materials availability and suppliers capacity. Work with different functions to elaborate annual material budget as well as monthly updates. Assure proper management of materials rejection and obsoletes. Follow up Materials Phase In and Phase Out for initiatives and changes proposed by suppliers to assure smooth and non-waste transition.
