Ms Keeler was assigned 1) to build a marketing and branding plan, brand identity using a suite of independent yet integrated tools and leveraging market research sources, 2) to facilitate the sharing of experience in a structured way (success and “failure” stories from SMEs), 3) to establish a Centre for SMEs that seek assistance through a helpdesk, 4) to facilitate the preparation to access markets, and 6)to facilitate the connection to markets through digital trade fairs, digital showrooms, online buyer- seller meetings. She developed the concept, defined target audiences of the CoP, the overall structure of the CoP and its main categories by designing a mockup of the platform and its different screens, a series of tools (including potential partnerships to leverage, expected output, price paid by the user (free if it is an ITC tool), sources of information (internal and external to ITC).
