Secondment in Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services

Part of a team of nearly 70 professionals from EY Malaysia and Singapore, appointed by the Malaysian Ministry of Economic Affairs to perform a comprehensive strategic review and investigation of material investments, asset acquisitions and transactions of a company and its subsidiaries. The investigation found irregularities, mismanagement and overall weaknesses in internal control, which has caused losses to the company. The findings were published in the White Paper which was tabled to the Malaysian Parliament.The team was named the Asean Regional Winner for the “EY Better Begins With You Award” under the category of “Delivering Exceptional Client Service” for the impact that we have made on building a better working world.
