Nurdiana attended several key quality improvement training in the areas of FMEA, APQP and Control Plan whilst working in Proton. The classroom training with practical case studies equipped her with invaluable knowledge to set up, coordinate and implement control plans in Proton's manufacturing and assembly areas- Stamping, Body Assembly, Painting and Trim & Final. I see Nurdiana as a highly committed professional in transforming her learning knowledge and experience to deliver set targets and goals in any given role.

Let's first start with personality, where I guess it's most important. She is easy to talk to, be it for work related or personal matters. She is a focused person and also know what she wants. Even a different team in the same company, we worked together in obtaining ISO for our company, and thus I see her as one of the key person not only technically good in related ISO field, but also very good in managing herself through every step of the way. With her vast experience in automotive (quality inspection and also auditing), it is easy for any manufacturing company to hire this person and lessen the burden of any company. Truly amazed with what she have right now. Keep up Diana!
