  I am experiance for 5 years of doing Billing, Receipting, Bank and GL for E-Commerce OTC. currently i am still in learning for Thai languange and work hard to be thai speaker soon. Billing: Experiance handling entity for Thailand, China, Vietnam and India. - Doing manual invoices creation I have done with many implemention for better solution especially for Thailand Billing. What i have implement is ( Manual templated uploading) this will be save time and easier. Also, i have implement PDF format for Debit Note especially Thailand. ( DHL charges back to vendor format) ( Pickup Charges Fee) -Shopee and Bulky Shopee Consolidation. I have implement uploading data 10k per line item will be only uploading for invoices or which only below 2Million THB per batch. - Doing Debit Note and Credit Note for all entity. I have implement the Credit Note number to make sure invoices number is capture for creation SO so that customer will know the Credit note is base for which invoices (auto deduct with original invocies) especially for Thailand. I have implement CN Claim compensation upload template(its gonna capture the correct data only) especially for Thailand. Receipting: Experiance handling for Australia. - i have received an award from country (Australia) for solving Bad Debt clearing allocation. - i have implement an template to collect the data from the bank stament to cross check with customer account. It will save more time. -i have maintance Revenue report for Australia. -solving issue for AMEX and ADYEN payment from customer. GL: special task handling India and Japan. -uploading data to CREST -maintaince reporting for customer timeline Bank: special task handling on Vietnam, India and Japan. - Bank reconcilation -Bank clearing -open item pending for unidentified payment.
