Conceptualized the safeguarding protection on main production header on an oil production facility, using process safety techniques and binomial probabilistic method2. Led and performed the transient facility depressurization study based on Annex-A API521 analytical fire analysis instead of the typical blowdown modelling and steady state header analysis. 3. Performed investigation on poor cooling water performance of an offshore central processing platform, using Six Sigma techniques such as descriptive and inferential statistics, gemba walk and RCPS. Trained in OPITO accredited Major Emergency Management, and experienced in managing emergency situations whilst being in EMT or ERT positions for both offshore based and onshore based emergency response team. 2. Conceptualized the Operations and Maintenance contract for a floating production facility, designed to deliver year-on-year OPEX optimization of 10% for the 10 year contract duration.3. Led and coordinate assurance program and activities to maintain validity of 27 ABS certificates and ensure regulatory compliance and license to operate the MODU and FSO facilities4.
