Nupeir and I both studied dance at CSU Sacramento. Nupeir was not only a joy to be around he was also a joy to watch perform. His stage presence exuded so much energy and excitement that it was hard to not direct your attention towards him. Moreover he is a great person with an immense amount of passion for his craft.
