I was one of Nuoya's mentors for Junior Achievement in early 2022. Nuoya consistently demonstrated her willingness to get out of her comfort zone. As the President of her JA cohort, Nuoya was responsible for overseeing the entire project, effectively managing 12 other high school students to ensure tasks in various "departments" including production, finance, and sales were completed on time. I was impressed by Nuoya's work ethic (she had to work extra to stay on top of everything), her commitment (never missed a session), her timeliness (everything was submitted on time), and her ability to take on a leadership role. All of this on top of her optimism, kindness, and general respect. She is a great young professional on her way to big things!
