Job purpose: Lead C&B Function to develop, implement, and manage C&B strategy, policies, plans, and programs to attract, reward, and retain talents in Southeast Asia (SEA) group with effective costs. Major responsibilities:- Liaise with top managers and HR managers in SEA group (including 4 offices in Vietnam, 2 in Indonesia, and 1 in the Philippines) to develop and implement local C&B plans appropriate for their business needs;- Design and review C&B policy, job evaluation, pay structure, etc.;- Design and review HR processes and procedures;- Provide HR consultancy (HR practices, legal updates, legal advice, etc.) to managers and HR teams in SEA group;- Coordiate with HR managers on planning and managing HR and Office Administration budget;- Manage internal HR audit; work with external auditors on HR audit;- Lead C&B function to deliver accurate and timely periodical activities (payroll, insurances, HR reports, etc.);- Manage and develop a team of C&B professionals.Major achievement: Successfully set up job evaluation system (Mercer's IPE method) for SEA Group.
