I am responsible for two core business divisions: Children and young adult. Portfolio includes Harry Potter, Twilight, Peppa Pig, among many others, as well as influencers such as Luisito Comunica and Lesslie Polinesia and Pocket and Reference divisions, where the publisher's backlist lives with more than 3000 tittles.In my first year in the new position, together with my team, we achieved:—Reshaping the division incorporating two new profiles (performance analyst and content manager) in addition to establishing new clear reporting lines.—Rethinking the work circuit by putting the consumer at the center, hiring new tools (Audiense) and generating new processes.Collaborative work with transversal projects is added to the strategic definitions of the division:—Design of a new work process driven by consumer insights: Quick Win & Long Run.—Coordination of the Driving Online Sales project in Mexico.
