Numail joined Arbor this summer for an internship. She's been a brilliant addition to the team. Numail has a can do attitude and has got to grips with a range of complex tasks and projects - taking a variety of briefs in her stride. Whilst the day to day help she's provided has been really valuable, the research she did into partner programmes across other tech companies and how Arbor's compares was a particular highlight. I wish Numail well wherever her future career takes her.

Numail has had a huge impact here at Arbor in a short space of time, we've been really impressed with her work and attitude. Numail joined us to work on the project of relaunching our Partner programme and implementing the Salesforce PRM solution. During her time with us, she has: conducted valuable and insightful market research, presenting this back to senior stakeholders at Arbor; handled communications with external Partners and rapidly built up trust with them; worked across multiple teams and departments to scope out requirements for the new PRM solution; and collected and cleansed large sets of commercially sensitive data. She works quickly and to a high standard and is extremely receptive to feedback. It's been a pleasure working with Numail and I look forward to seeing how her career develops.
