Major Roles and Responsibilities: ● Meet clients with Senior Architects, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Engineers to assist in design brief. ● Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), cost estimations and negotiations with client, consultants and contractors. ● Preparation of subcontractor bills (Interim Payment Application) and taking of physical site measurements for billing. ● Prepare material lists and material procurement for construction projects. ● Work collaboratively with site supervisors, main contractor and sub-contractors to complete project before deadlines. ● Preparation of mobilization advance payments and prepare certificates for contractors. ● Preparing costs reports, cost analyses, contracts, budgets, reconciliation, risk assessment, and other documents. ● Update design changes on site and record for pricing and billing. ● Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. ● Preparing reports such as Cash flow and outflow, forecasts, project estimations, cost expenditure, feasibility and project planning & scheduling in projects.
