Naples Motorsports is an high-end, luxury car dealership that specializes in the niche market of exotic cars. They sell pristine condition, used exotic cars and also sell new franchised brands such as Rimac, Lotus, Alfa Romeo, Backdraft Racing, Vanderhall, Spyker, Karma and Morgan. They are the largest Lotus dealership in the United States and own almost all of their inventory. In this internship, I moved around all of the positions of the company to learn the responsibilities that are required to sustain a high-end luxury dealership. The two departments I focused on the most were the marketing department and the management department. In our marketing department, I used our CRM System, Dealerpeak to reach out to current and potential customers. I did this through weekly newsletters, phone calls and emails. I also used various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok to grow our brand recognition. With this, I helped grow our Tik Tok to over 2.6K followers, our instagram to 15.5k followers and our Facebook page to 22.3k followers. Not only did I help with customer relations, but I also helped with our event planning. I helped plan and set up for our various car shows, dinner parties and events. In our management department, I used Inventory+ and Tekion to manage our showroom inventory and our incoming inventory. I also took care of the exotic cars on the lot and made sure they were ready for sale and that they were properly maintained. Overall, this internship prepared me for any career in the future within a high-end dealership. With having knowledge from the front end of the dealership, all the way to the backend, it makes me the most versatile candidate for any career in this niche field.

Got to experience all the work and preparation that goes into the major auto shows and created and executed floor plans for many of the dealership's show booths. Also, worked closely with brand teams to create appealing and engaging booths to draw in customers.
