Having worked with Niru for a number of years, on a variety of projects and tasks, it is hard to think of a better colleague with which I would wish to tackle detailed, complex issues. Niru is the personification of a self-motivated individual, able to rapidly assimilate a brief and act accordingly to deliver perfect results first time out, yet remains open to critique for improvement and development. The fact that she is also a delight to work with as a person is the icing on a very talented cake.
