• Handling broadband corporate (fiber and microwave) clients, troubleshooting their networks and resolving problems on line/phone. • Liaison officer among the company Network Operating Center (NOC),field Engineers, Packet core and the corporate clients • Part of the GPRS support team for customer service handling all queries that come from call centre, calling me directly as well as sales staff in the field and shops. • I support the sales team, and Airtel agents in the different Airtel points in handling walk in customers who would like to subscribe, have a failed connection or PC related issue. • I handle all walk in customers who come to my desk directly for PC issue resolution. These range from modem failure, software malfunction, as well as pc maintenance issues. • Visit Internet / data customers by either request or set appointments to handle computer maintenance and modem support queries. • Train customer service staff on how to best handle customer queries as regards data. • Provide Software and pc maintenance for both staff and Airtel customers with the hope of enhancing my trouble shooting and computer management and repair skills. • Assist Value added service Administrators in testing and advising on Internet related products prior to and during launch of data products.
