These interventions, although small proved helpful to the functioning of the store and allowed the store to function more effectively. Some of the interventions introduced included: - The designation of people to specific roles. Doing this allowed each employee to focus more on one area of the store, in which they would be able to more effectively operate instead of being less effective and having to deal with the entire store. - This designation of roles required a separation of the store into more specific territories. This was accomplished with the help of the store manager, however the designation of zones meant that the items in the store had to be restructured, as a result major restructures were foregone.
