  Programme Management: by managing programme which prime objective is to render psychosocial service at Tcc’s, VFR (SAPS), and Crisis Centre. I am also Supervising a team of 11 Social workers and Social Auxiliary workers Financial Management I ensure that claims and financial reports are submitted timeously to DSD District as well as to the Organisation. Monitoring and Evaluation: I ensure that M&E is completed for the programme according to guidelines Performance Management: I manage performance of each social work, social auxiliary workers, skills facilitator and men and boys facilitator as well as house mother Supervision and consultation: I ensure that all staff in the programme is supervised monthly. This is done every time we are having team meetings. Personal Development: I practice this by participating in learning and development opportunity (training, workshops, information session and even do presentations. Organisational Responsibilities: I am attending meetings, briefings, debriefing, staff meetings and other as directed to do so on regular basis. Show less
