I can confidently make the statement that Nozar Mozaka is hands down, the strongest quality professional that I’ve had the opportunity to work with in my career. Nozar and I worked side by side together "in the trenches" for over two years, creating, implementing, and maintaining an ISO 9001:2008 certified QMS at JE Pistons. Without Nozar’s firsthand experience in quality engineering and management we would not have been successful. In addition, Nozar is very strong in guiding cross functional teams to the root cause of complex problems and implementing robust corrective actions. Nozar’s strongest trait however, is his work ethic and missile-like determination and precision. As his manager, I knew that anything that I assigned him would be sought out with his best efforts.
