  1. Responsible for End to End Non-IT Recruitment’s. 2. Worked on various Junior, senior level, Middle level Positions in Non-IT. 3. Handling and Responsible for managing the entire Recruitment cycle from Sourcing - screening, validating resumes and eliminating the risk of hiring the wrong candidate, preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, 4. Experience in Sourcing profiles through various job boards like (Naukri, Monster) employee reference, Internal Database. 5. After sourcing the resumes, screening them based on job description to check parameters like education, exp, communication skills, candidates depth knowledge of relevant technology, job history, Salary fitment , willingness to re-locate etc & then co-ordinate with the panel member for scheduling different levels of interviews. 6. Conduct preliminary discussions with candidates on technical and experience profile related grounds to analyze suitability of candidates, shortlist the candidates and present them to the respective panel. 7. Scheduling interview of the short listed candidates and taking feedback after their interview. 8. Maintaining database and excel sheet tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities. 9. Recording data about the interview schedules, offered candidates, pending joiners, status of the candidates. Show less
