I know Nowman from his involvement as a student on the Tech Allies Network Summer Institute programme 2019. The programme consisted of a 2 week design sprint hosted by 6 companies: Finastra, IBM, Rise created by Barclays, GSK, ViiV Healthcare and Salesforce. During this time Nowman participated in multiple hard skill and soft skill masterclasses while running a design sprint to solve a challenge statement. Nowman is a very driven individual that has demonstrated a clear conviction in what he’s passionate in. On multiple occasions he has shown how proactive he is and I look forward to watching where his career will go.
