As Senior Technical Lead my responsibilities shifted slightly and I was more focused on building and maintaining the best possible client relationship as well as for creating an effective, highly trained and motivated team based on Agile methodologies. During this time I played roles of the Scrum Master and the local Project Owner for Scholastic's projects.The main challenges I faced during this time were:- scheduling resources of 6 people team between 3-10 ongoing projects- keeping track of projects' budget and schedule- setting, and if needed, adjusting client's expectations about budget and schedule- planning complex software releases, spread between multiple systems with strong dependencies- encouraging the development team to work on each individual's skills and character, keeping the morale up.
