Duties and Responsibilities 1. Ensure all documents related to QFSMS, i.e.: manual (QFSMS, HACCP Plan), guideline, Standard, SOP’s, WI’s, and record template, were up to date, keeping informed and in place. 2. As Document Control, responsible for the document control and distribution to related functions. 3. Responsible for reviewing all QMSFS documents, including updating the Quality Plan and HACCP Plan whenever any information changes, including information based on change control management. 4. Responsible for the monitoring of change control management and following up on an issue that arises related to it. 5. Schedule and perform the external & internal audit, and another audit/inspection activity, including the pre-audit planning, audit execution, evaluation on post-audit follow up and recommendations. 6. Support in the QFS surveillance monitoring program for RM, PM, and FG was performed as per the time scheduled. 7. Support the audit activity for supplier (RM/PM/Distributors/external warehouse) management system review (supplier/vendor audit). 8. Support QMS Supervisor related with CCP and OPRP validation, also in the identify improvement opportunities, and apply scientific methods, statistics, and problem-solving techniques to improve and sustain in the QFSMS as well as for the product quality food safety and process effectiveness. 9. Assist operating units with the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to improve overall ISO compliance and QFSH results 10. Support in the QFSMS training program, especially related to ISO, HACCP TACCP, VACCP and Allergen Awareness Training 11. Support the activity related to the production trial conducted/led by the R&D team. 12. Support in conducting QFSMS orientation/induction training for newly hired URC employee members. 13.
