Responsible for providing support to Project Managers through tenant improvement projects, ranging in both scale and scope, throughout the lower mainland. - Meeting with the Estimating Team for a Project handover meeting - Works closely with Suppliers and Subcontractors from project award to the end of the project when close-out documentation is required - Maintains an open line of communication with the Superintendents to gauge an understanding of what is happening in the field in order to relay information back to both the Davidson Project Managers and the General Contractor of the project for our scope of work - Responsible for permit applications and inspection bookings with various municipalities - Using Spectrum as a database to set up new jobs, execute change orders, and provide purchase orders and subcontracts - Review of both shop drawings and mechanical drawings - Working directly with the project GCs to ensure all required mechanical items are accounted for and to keep an open line of communication - Responsible for the monthly billing of each project (including change orders and any stand-alone invoices) Show less
