Research new international volunteering and travel opportunities. Communicate with potential partners to create new travel opportunities. Gather all the needed data to design the program. Create all needed program documents and templates; info-pack, budget, agreements, emails, Google forms...etc. Handle the recruitment process for potential candidates to join the different programs including application filtration, conducting interviews, and selecting the right candidates. Support potential travelers during the preparation phase with all travel arrangements. Follow up with travelers during the program.
