I'm writing this recommendation for Noura Chehade, who reported to me directly at Marinello Schools of Beauty. It was a pleasure to watch how quickly Noura grew, taking on more & more responsibilities and becoming a more seasoned marketer. When I started, she was a Marketing Specialist. She advanced rapidly and was promoted to Field Liaison & Event Marketing Manager, a position she handled with aplomb. In this high visibility role, she interacted smoothly with Department Heads, Senior Management, Campus Staff, our Marketing Team and outside agencies, managing multiple projects effectively. I received a lot of positive "360 degree" feedback from those she worked with. She also recruited, hired, trained and successfully managed a direct report - a very good hire I might add. I was sad to see her leave, but happy to see her continue to advance her career. I would highly recommend Noura for a marketing management role. She is very organized, communicates well and demonstrates an eagerness to continue to grow as a leader and contribute to a firm's success.

I worked under Noura for four months as a freelance blogger for Marinello Schools of Beauty and enjoyed a wonderful working relationship with her as my supervisor. Working from opposite ends of the coasts, Noura went above and beyond to make herself available to me and worked with a sense of urgency to communicate need-to-know information. I was very impressed with Noura's phone skills and verbal articulation, as well as her cheerful presence via email, where we did most of our talking. Noura helped me troubleshoot problems and went above and beyond as the liaison between myself and the rest of the marketing team (and other departments) to retrieve information that helped me do my job to the best of my abilities. She was understanding whenever problems or miscommunication occurred, and worked to help me overcome obstacles that arose on-the-job. I have appreciated her as a supervisor, and will miss working with her.
