  I worked on the product "Mobile Workspace". Mobile Workspace is the system for employees of the retail chain “Perekrestok”, it makes it easier and improves effective work of employees of stores. It contains setting tasks and control over the execution of them for store employees, dashboards for every level of managers, and the system of analysis of deviations of processes. Mobile Workspace is the system for employees of the retail chain “Perekrestok”, it makes it easier and improves effective work of employees of stores. It contains setting tasks and control over the execution of them for store employees, dashboards for every level of managers, and the system of analysis of deviations of processes. I realized a server-side part of an integration with the external system of forecasting of the sales of goods. The new model brought an increase of retail turnover by 1.4%. Also I developed several microservices which let other teams interact with our main app via different ways to communicate like FTP, API, Kafka, etc. for implement additional functionality And of course I implemented business logic and features, and provided test coverage. I implemented a server-side part of the system which provides a convenient way for applicants and HR to exchange of information and speeds up the hiring process from about one month to a few days. I interviewed backend developers who were going through an assessment in company or were trying to be hired on the junior level of qualification. Also I mentored two of my colleagues who got raise.
