  I am responsible for the entire Transport Division, it’s strategic growth and overall profitability. I report to the CEO. KPI’s: Commissioning, implementation and management of Electronic Ticketing Systems and Advanced Public Transport Management systems, in the Bus Rapid Transport arena. Flagship projects have been successfully implemented in Cape Town and in Lagos, Nigeria. Achievements: The company obtained a ”Taking Over Certificate” in its implementation of the electronic ticketing solution for the MiCity Bus Rapid Transport system being the first certificate issued countrywide. The F.I.D.I.C (Yellow Book) form of contract was used. Won the World Bank Contract to implement an Advanced Public Transport Management System, in the Bus Rapid Transport area at City of Lagos, Nigeria, which was implemented on time and within budget, giving the company International recognition. The Transport Business Unit has been the most profitable unit year on year, ensuring the viability of the company.
