My career highlight included: Completing multiple projects including: a TIFA to partially finance a large light industrial technology park, reclaiming blighted residential for redevelopment of multiple commercial projects and assembling 80+ individually owned parcels of land in less time than allocated and for less than budgeted, reusing a highly-desirable property that otherwise wouldn’t be disposed of using a 99-year ground lease for the construction of a hotel and Class A office development, partnering with a community college to develop surplus underutilized property into a Class A office development, and purchasing and subdividing a parcel through site condo regulations and developing a single family neighborhood.
