As a client project specialist we work close with all departments here at NRI 3PL. In addition to working with our team, it also involves building a friendly relationship with our many clients. We will work closely with the client to help provide detailed information in our many services offered in order to help them grow into a leading brand in their market. It is also a goal to help both ends meet their missions and create a long term partnership with our clients.

Client Services Coordinator

As a client services coordinator we communicate daily with our teams and client to ensure information sent has been received correctly to minimize discrepancies. We additionally communicate with other departments to provide any specific information.

Shipping routing clerk

In this role I ensured that the shipment were meeting SLA packing standards to help ensure timely pickup/deliveries. This also involved learning more about other departments to help plan the amount of orders to be shipped daily.
